When I alerted her in a meeting with Mecky Lang present that I had temporarily provided Deepak file access (standard state onboarding practice), she said nothing. Later, that action was used against me in an attempt to paint me as "untrustworthy."
2. Complicity in Behavioral Warfare
Kati is deeply involved in the state’s Behavioral Health integration strategy — yet she used that expertise to weaponize psychological profiling and state administrative tactics to force me into silence and medical leave.
I firmly believe the intention was to either institutionalize me, discredit me as mentally unstable, or worse — create a scenario where I would not survive.
She is praised for her work in trauma-informed care publicly — while orchestrating professional trauma behind closed doors.

While I was being terminated under manufactured claims, Kati was celebrated with the "Hero Award" at the 2024 Thresholds Annual Celebration for Behavioral Health work. She stood alongside:
