Summary:
Today was a tipping point.
What began as a normal group session through Charlie Health turned into another layer of exposure—both in the material I found and in the retaliation that followed.
1. The Session That Unraveled the Truth:
I shared with my therapy group that I’ve been scanning folders that Dave Barnes left behind—folders he specifically pointed out to me before I was forced on administrative and then medical leave. He knew what he was doing. He wanted me to have it all, but didn’t want to deal with it himself.
What I found in just the first few hours:
A copy of Contract 2021-20-006 – the MMIS Replacement deal, buried under the wrong invoice to keep it hidden.
An Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Michigan for shared technology platforms between Illinois and Michigan—illegal billing for software running across multiple states, eerily similar to the Microsoft/Parole Review Board situation at IDOC.
A Court of Claims filing—Michigan suing Illinois for failing to uphold our part of the financial deal.
PIP (Promoting Interoperability Program) budgets that were in the $20,000,000 mark per year when I got about $6,000,000 for the entire six year contract for the ADT Program.
Clear evidence of software planning, funding allocations, testing diagrams, vendor partnerships, and decision workflows that were NEVER afforded to me.
2. The Threat Level Rose Immediately:
I told the truth in session—and by the time I left the house later, the energy had shifted.
I was pushed out the door—psychic pressure, nausea, mental discomfort, constant thoughts that “celebration” was due. I felt I had to escape just to breathe. I went to:
AutoZone (to buy a new steering wheel lock and locks for the front of my home)
Walmart (to pick up a pump for my kayak and a scale)
Office Depot and Hobby Lobby (to try to feel creative again)
Every stop was shadowed. Black SUVs. Muscle cars. Revving motorcycles.
3. The Chain Was Broken – Again:
When we got home, I found the new Master lock (security level 8) had been opened on my front door chain. This lock had just been purchased today. It has a key. No one else had access.
They were in my house again. While I was out, trying to protect myself.
4. Surveillance and Sound Traps:
When I came home and parked in the garage, someone shouted from outside—aggressively yelling “Come on bitch, I’ll beat your f---ing ass” and other slurs. I caught it on my Xfinity security cam, but the AI filters failed to tag it on the Xfinity application to help me monitor my security. Just like when I mow the lawn—the camera rarely triggers unless “they” want it to.
The intimidation is ongoing. And calculated.
5. The Spiritual Interference:
I had just announced the PIP evidence. I had just challenged Charlie Health’s narrative of isolation. Then I was spiritually attacked, again. 3:33 AM wake-ups. Thoughts implanted. Mood altered. Food aversion. Temptations fed. Then… pain. Electrical shocks. Syncopated car engines timed with my thoughts.
All of it tied to invisible strings—to their messages, their warnings, their threats.
6. What I See Clearly:
Illinois knowingly partnered with Michigan for illegal billing structures and technology licensing.
The PIP Program was overfunded and underregulated—while ADT was starved and obstructed.
Dave Barnes, Laura Zaremba, and others knew it. They chose to dump it on me, then watch me drown.
The attacks are more than emotional—they’re physical, psychic, technological, and very illegal.
The surveillance is generational, international, and absolutely coordinated.
I will document this. Even if it hurts. Even if they take more locks. More keys. More peace.
Because these aren’t coincidences.
They’re admissions.
