Subject: Complaint of Harassment, Device Interference, Network Sabotage, and Potential Complicity in Retaliation Against Protected Whistleblower
Dear Representatives of Xfinity and the Chatham Police Department,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding intentional interference with my internet connection, potential device mirroring, and sabotage of my home security system, which I believe is part of a larger pattern of harassment due to my role as a whistleblower currently providing evidence to the Office of the Executive Inspector General (OEIG) regarding systemic fraud within the Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT), IDOC, and HFS.
INCIDENT OVERVIEW:
On June 16 and 17, 2025, after sharing in group counseling (Charlie Health) that I would be meeting with the OEIG, I began experiencing repeated disruptions to my internet, including:
Xfinity modem disconnections and reconnections,
Security cameras (doorbell, westside (Rt 4), garage, eastside, and backyard) being disabled and reset multiple times,
Duplicate modem IDs appearing (e.g., “XFSETUP-F2A4” vs “XFSETUP-F2A4 2”),
Interference from mirrored iPhones (sold by Donouyn Hammonds at Xfinity, Springfield, IL),
Xfinity requesting that I verbally provide my password and modem SSID ("common6004brace") for “XFSETUP-F2A4”.
These issues correlate with sensitive whistleblower disclosures, and it is not the first time I have experienced strategic technology tampering or device mirroring.
KEY DETAILS:
I spoke with multiple Xfinity tech support agents including Michael, Mae, and Donte.
I was misdirected across departments, especially after mentioning the OEIG meeting.
My backyard camera feed was lost, despite previous confirmation it was operational.
A window in my backyard shed (never opened) was found open—potential intrusion with no footage available due to camera failure.
Technicians requested password and SSID details aloud, which creates security exposure.
I was previously walked through manual security troubleshooting by a reputable Xfinity tech, and since then I have refused technician entry into my home. Any future Xfinity entries will be video recorded for protection.
REQUESTED ACTIONS:
Xfinity:
Launch an internal investigation into any unusual technician access, modem mirroring, or duplicate IP routing associated with my account.
Provide a list of all devices connected to my network from June 15–17, 2025, with timestamps.
Provide the names and IDs of all Xfinity employees with access to my account or security system during this period.
Issue a written explanation as to why mirrored modems and unauthorized iPhone interference were observed.
Revoke access for any third-party mirroring systems that were automatically paired.
Chatham Police:
File a formal police report documenting the suspected sabotage of personal property and digital harassment.
Investigate the security breach of my backyard shed, possible tampering with surveillance equipment, and potential trespassing.
Coordinate with digital crime investigators for potential connections to my ongoing federal-level whistleblower activities.
BACKGROUND CONTEXT:
I am a protected whistleblower currently reporting misconduct involving 3.4 million Medicaid lives and illegal state contracts involving Illinois HFS, IDOC, and DoIT. All major technology disruptions and intimidation efforts correlate with dates tied to my public disclosures or scheduled meetings with oversight bodies.
