Brittany Merrifield, Customer Relations Manager for the Service Department at Kia Green dealership assured removal of my ex-husband’s information, Charles Wilson, from the vehicle's account. It should never have been placed there to begin with. Subsequent events during the appointment showed that his information was still in the system until after additional searching and checking on a pretty simple customer service relation database system. It raised concerns about them deceiving me when I originally asked for the information to be removed.
